Cut In explores the formative possibilities of rupture and the transformation of traditional rituals. In Korea, the offering event takes place within the vertical hierarchy of strict arrangement and patriarchy. The nature of these rituals involves certain forms and placements. By cutting, joining, and reconstructing these elements, the shape of the flag becomes disrupted. The reconstructed object delays the judgment of the object itself, temporarily disturbing the image of the ritual.
